Career Mentoring
On your first day at Lauterbach, Borschow & Company you will be assigned a Career Mentor. This individual will work with you to evaluate and fine tune your goals and provides encouragement and advice. Your Career Mentor will be available anytime you have questions or concerns about your position.
Your Career Mentor will meet with you at least 4 times a year, but encourages more meetings if you choose.
