In addition to our comprehensive benefits plan , we help our employees maintain balance with their commitments by offering the following flexible work arrangements:
Staff have flexibility with their normal workday hours. For example, come to work at 7:00 a.m. and work until 4:00 p.m. Or, start your day at 9:00 a.m. and leave at 6:00 p.m.
Staff may compress their week into four, 10 hour days.
Staff may reduce or vary their hours per month. On a reduced work schedule, compensation for salaried staff will be calculated as a percentage of a full time work schedule based on their number of annual hours worked or will be compensated on an hourly basis.
Our remote working allows our employees to work on the move or from home and provides important flexibility.
All of the flexible work arrangements above are, of course, subject to work load and supervisory approval.
