Biography
Judy graduated with a BA degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and New Mexico. She has over fifteen years of auditing experience, serving commercial entities, not-for-profit and governmental entities, including cities and water districts, as well as employee benefit plans. She also has extensive experience in understanding, analyzing, documenting and testing control systems.
