Biography
Safdar graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Karachi at Pakistan. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He began his career with Ebrahim & Company, Chartered Accountants in Karachi, Pakistan and later moved to England where he completed his articleship with Westbury, Schotness & Company, Chartered Accountants. Safdar relocated to the United States in 1980 and joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Company in 1981. Today he is a manager with the firm and has over 30 years experience in auditing, accounting and tax in various industries including construction, wholesale distribution, retail and nonprofit organizations.
