Erin was born in Austin, Texas and raised in El Paso. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from the University of New Mexico. After graduation, Erin joined a national accounting firm in Albuquerque, NM and gained experience auditing employee benefit plans and worked with clients in the government and nonprofit industries.

Erin joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co.’s audit and assurance team in 2013 and earned her license as a certified public accountant in 2015. Since joining, she has continued auditing employee benefit plans, and has gained experience auditing clients in the food service, financial institution, construction, real estate, food service, healthcare and nonprofit industries.
