Salette is a native El Pasoan. She earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Texas at El Paso. She joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co.’s audit and general services team as an Audit Associate and was promoted to Senior Audit Associate in 2021. She specializes in auditing companies in the financial institution, manufacturing, not-for-profit and restaurant/food service industries as well as employee benefit plans.
