Business Planning and Consulting BIOGRAPHYSteve Lauterbach is a Certified Public Accountant and the managing partner at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. Steve has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. After earning his degree, he began his accounting career at Arthur Andersen & Company in Houston, Texas. Steve joined the tax department at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 1977. He became a partner in 1981 and served as the managing partner from 1990 through 2019. Throughout his career, Steve has served a diverse client base ranging in size and industry. Steve now specializes in taxation, business and individual consulting services, financial advisors, and family estate planning. Steve is a native El Pasoan and active member of the community. He currently serves as the board chair of the Paso Del Norte Foundation, and is a member of the McCombs Leadership Society at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Littlefield Society.
